All our jewelry is hand-made. Your order will be filled as quickly as possible, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our studio in Stockholm, Sweden.
Each Wild & Arrow piece is checked at every stage to ensure it´s in top notch condition. If something happens to slip by us, please email us right away to let us know what went wrong. If it´s something on our end well fix & ship it back at no charge.
We also occasionally do repairs on our pieces that have seen unfortunate obstacles in daily life, and we can quote you if you email us with a description. And yes, we do also speak Swedish and Finnish.
Your jewelry will mostly be shipped in a box ready for gift giving.
If you would like to make sure a gift box is included, please write ‘gift’ in the ‘comments’ field at checkout.
Our packages are shipped with Wild & Arrow branding on the exterior. If you're planning a surprise - add a comment with your order and we will do our best to ship as incognito as possible!

We are located in Stockholm, Sweden. All orders are shipped with Swedish Post from our studio.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of most goods within Europe, and 2-4 weeks for international non european orders. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
We hope you are completely in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can send it back for a refund or store credit. Always contact us before a return. This policy will be honored for unworn jewelry & objects with its' original packaging received at our studio within 30 days following the delivery of your order. The amount credited does not include the cost of shipping or return shipping. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All prices are listed and charged in Swedish Krona (SEK) incl Swedish tax.
American and international non EU customers orders may carry extra tariffs or duties that we can not predict. We are not responsible for these fees, and suggest that you contact your local customs bureau with inquiries or to see if your package is being held locally
We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email. If an item in your order is sold out, the amount of that item will be credited back to your account.
